Shiitake Logs

Description

These white oak logs were inoculated with shiitake spawn in early spring 2025 (read more about my process here). They will start fruiting after the mycleium colonizes the logs- between 6-18 months. For care of your log, keep the logs moist and out of direct sun. They will provide delicious shiitakes for years to come.

These logs are very heavy and will be available for pick-up or I will deliver logs to towns surrounding me. Send me a message upon purchase to arrange your log acquisition details.
